Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals for team and floor competitions and bronze medal for the balance beam. She became the only American to have won many Olympic medals. Her gold medal at the Olympics in 2016 was the second gold in a row for the American team. This made her, together with her teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans to be able to complete this feat. In addition, she was awarded silver medals in the individual all-around and for floor exercise. In the three years between the two Olympics her break was taken. In addition, she was a member two gold medal winning world championship teams. The gymnastics classes began at age 2 and loves the floor workout. Aly has a strong support for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to commemorate her grandmother who died due to cancer. She hopes to build an enviable career in the field of fashion. Her signature leotards as well as socks, and other clothing are expected to be enlarged to include other items in the future. Fierce the new novel she is working on will be released later in the year.
