Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30, 1991) is known as his initials NF (stylized as IF) is an American musician, rapper musician, songwriter and record producer. He has released two EPs, I'm Free (2012),[3] and an EP with a self-titled title in 2014 with Capitol CMG. Mansion is his first major label record, was released in March 2015. His second studio album, Therapy Session (April 22, 2016), peaked at number 12 for the US Billboard 200. The albums have been awarded numerous awards, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award in Rap/Hip Hop Album (Therapy Session). Perception the album released by NF in 2017, made it to the top spot in the United States, and was certified platinum. The third single, "Let You Go", reached number twelve in the United States. Billboard Hot 100 was a world-wide top-10 chart. The Search, his sequel to the album that became a hit, also was a commercial smash. Feuerstein declared that rap was an escape from his early years. Feuerstein would record songs using a Karaoke machine. He recorded instrumentals and sang on one microphone. Feuerstein released his own debut studio album Moments on November 29, 2010, under his real name. The first single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the song's producers and songwriters. Xist Music noticed Feuerstein’s work in the year 2012. Feuerstein released his extended work I'm Free on May 2nd in 2012, with production by Profitt. The album's tracklist included nine tracks that included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive rendition of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist announced the release of the self-titled extended piece, NF, but Feuerstein quit the label following a dispute and the production of NF was put off. NF also included a song titled "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams on its compilation album Move Vol 1. On the 4th of November, 2013, he issued a single "Beautiful Addiction" and it came out on the 4th of November. Profitt was heard on the track and also vocals by Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
